Bob Weronik has over 25 years of corporate security, security consulting and law enforcement experience.
Bob’s last corporate role was as head of security, operational risk management and resilience at Alexion Pharmaceuticals. Alexion is a biopharmaceutical research and development company specializing in developing therapies for ultra rare diseases. Bob was responsible for security; risk management; travel and special event risk management; due diligence, background and corporate investigations; incident management and response; and business continuity of all company employees, assets and critical business activities in approximately 40 countries.
Prior to Alexion, Bob was the Assistant Chief Security Officer for The General Electric Company. Bob was responsible for management of global crisis management, business continuity, supply chain security and security-related regulatory programs (i.e., CTPAT, CFATS, MTSA, etc.) and policy over all GE businesses worldwide.
Bob also served GE as Security Consulting Manager for the GE Security Solutions Team. Using his extensive experience in security management and consulting, Bob was responsible for developing client security solutions based upon specific customer needs and dedicated to project management, quality control and client relationships.
During his tenure in private sector security, Bob also served as a Senior Security Specialist with Progress Energy, a Security Consultant with Risk Management Associates, and the Director of Security at Backus Hospital. Bob began his public safety career as a Police Officer in the Town of Rocky Hill, Connecticut, and served for ten years prior to entering private sector security. While in the private sector, Bob continued to serve the communities of Hebron and East Haddam CT as leader of community policing. He also served the State of Florida Park Police as a Reserve Law Enforcement Officer.
Bob has a Bachelor’s Degree from Central Connecticut State University in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Security Management from Webster University.
Bob is an ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and member of the CSO Roundtable and International Security Management Association. Bob was the Vice Chairman of the DHS Critical Manufacturing and a member of the Cross-Sector Supply Chain Private Sector Coordinating Councils.
Dan Donohue has been involved for more than 30 years in development of protection and crisis management programs for corporate personnel and assets in the United States and more than 40 countries. His expertise is in risk analysis, security administration/loss prevention, security system design, crisis management, executive protection, travel security, and due diligence/intellectual property investigations.
Most recently Donohue served as the Deputy Chief Security Officer at Caterpillar where he developed a wide range of converged enterprise security programs. He held senior management positions in the Incident Management Group, Kroll Associates and Pinkerton’s Risk Management practices. He has also been the director of security for a major regional banking corporation and held various management and consulting positions in the Ackerman & Palumbo consulting firm. He served as Chairman of the DHS Critical Manufacturing Sector during the 2016-2017 term.
Donohue has a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Fordham University, a Master of Arts in psychology from the University of Missouri and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. He served as a U.S. Army Special Operations officer in Vietnam and Kuwait and retired as a senior Military Intelligence officer. He was an operations officer in the Central Intelligence Agency’s Clandestine Service in Southeast Asia and India. He speaks Spanish and French.
Chris Ames is a highly successful security and technology professional responsible for saving over $20M in annual savings throughout his career. He is a security technology expert focusing on devising, designing, and helping clients implement highly complex security technology projects and solutions. He held senior management positions in the security technology organizations for major national and international companies including CapitalOne, The Walt Disney Company, and Dell.
Chris brings a wealth of experience in developing multi-year security technology roadmaps for enterprise-wide integration of all security technology projects within companies by fully integrating systems in Information Technology, Global Security Operations and multiple business units. Successful implementation of his integration roadmaps for these companies and others, has yielded combined cost savings of tens of millions of dollars produced with combined outlays of only hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Chris also has extensive experience in helping companies develop Global Security Operations Centers, designing security for Data Centers, and managing seamless security technology integration of companies acquired through mergers and acquisitions.
Chris holds a BS in Management from the University of Phoenix and a MA in Administration of Justice and Security from University of Phoenix. Chris also served in the Army 82nd Airborne and was deployed to support Desert Shield/Storm in the middle East.
